We live in a world driven by communication. But, a form of communication that is slowly forgetting the art of conversation. Communication should not only empower us but must also lead to fruitful (as well as aimless) conversation.
Therefore, I would love to hear from you. Any criticisms, suggestions, opinions, offers to buy me a drink, smoke weed, party through the night, etc, are welcome! Please feel free to drop me a line using the comment box below. Or, if you prefer to email me directly please do so to anil at arthedains dot com.

Found you though Cool Photoblogs. Have spent quite some time browsing your photos. Very inspiring!
You have some very nice portraits, the latest one is wonderful, and you manage to capture the most important piece right when it comes to these kinds of images: The eyes are pin sharp and looking straight at us - really holding the focus.
Excellent!
We have placed our vote for you at the cool photoblog award. Keep up the good work - we will definitely be back!

Anil,
I have been taking your name almost every time I talk to my friends when I have to talk about ‘vision and creativity’. Well, all that I can do is to talk about you. Now that my urge has taken such a strong shape that I feel I should talk “to” you now. I do know the easiest way to get in touch with you personally instead of being one among your strangers on this page. Raja Karthikeya is my very close friend. But I would like to hear from you as I want to talk to you. I am in PhD Physics, especially Medical Applications. So a conversation with me would not be so boring. Please do respond to the email Id I gave above, so I can start building up a rapport with you. Let me be honored by receiving a reply from you personally. Thank you.

Sathya referred me to your photoblog when I asked her who clicked her cool profile photo on orkut.Your site is very impressive with awesome pictures. I guess good photography needs inspiration, not training. Keep up the great work, I will keep coming back to your blog. There is lots more to explore and appreciate. :)

Hi, did a google search on “adverb form of huddle” because was in doubt and wanted to teach a grammar class. And somehow your blog opened up. Thought it was so interesting that of ALL sites that could’ve opened, yours did. Am an Indian teaching in a foreign land. Saving this site so I can look at it in depth later. Looks really interesting though. Impressive!

I am taking a moment away from my assignment to leave a post, which I never do (leave posts that is, I break from my assignments all the time). I love your site. The colors used, the fonts, the overall aesthetic vibe is very calm, yet poignant — if that’s what you were going for, good job, and if you happened to stumble upon it, good find. :)

Amazing stuff. The fiction is billiant. Potrait 3 was a gem–It reminded me of those vintage Ruskin Bond stories that just stick to you and keep coming back–I dont think I’ll forget it. Great writing!
PS:As a policy, I dont generally visit other blogs, but your comments on someone esle’s one got me curious and I dont regret it!

I will certainly show you as I put them up…(I lost much of my stuff, unfortunately)
I thank you for your praise. You’re very gifted and I am happy you’ve taken the time to read what I’ve had to write. The reason why I posted elsewhere was because the line breaks don’t seem to cooperate in blogger, where as they do if I post it from Word, which is exactly what I did.
Well, again, thank you.

Hello - can you tell me what camera you are using and lens for “first portrait?”
I am thoroughly perusing your blog which imbues me with joy!

Thank you for your nice words… the poem was mine. I liked your fiction because I think your language is better suited to prose. The richness of your language makes more sense in the context of your prose–not to say that your poetry is bad, but your prose is definitely a lot freer, less constrained by the economy of language :-P
Yes. The cousin of mine is a girl named Sita.

Interesting stuff… I am fonder of your fiction than I am your poetry but good work nonetheless. I found you through my cousin, actually. I’d invite you to snort coke with me except I haven’t got any and I live quite a distance from Cologne, Germany :-P… oh, notwithstanding the fact that I don’t snort, but hey, weed’ll do, too.
Nice design, btw. Some real eye candy.
Toodles.

I enjoyed reading the nutshell bio of you. This blog highlights several talents of yours. Your photgraphy intriques me because (1) I’m an artist (2) It’s cool!, (3) I take far different types of photos and am just beginning to experiment in the graphic manipulation realm. I’m at the Kindergarten phase for that.
I enjoy reading the variety in your writings from poetry to prose as well as feasting my eyes on the visuals. Thank you, too, for insights into India. I enjoy learning about people from all over our world. (I’m in the USA, which you probably already know from your stats.)
